Stepped into solo entrepreneurship role in 2016, worked aggressively 24x7 for seven years to make a profitable firm with no external funding, a firm believer of organic growth and hard-core techie by profession. AMIT DIXIT is the main brain behind formulating growth strategies for V-Connect. AMIT DIXIT has 18+ years of experience in managing operations, networking, Cloud Infra-services and data security.
AMIT is taking care of business, finance and is a part of every domain functioning at V-Connect. He is performing the duties of a Founder & CEO at V-Connect. Under his exemplary leadership V-Connect was awarded by ZEE business achievers award 2022 as “Emerging tech startup in CPAAS & Cloud Infra“. His cross functional role and huge networks across telecom, Data centers and multiple CXOs across India was built on trust and exceptional client handling.
AMIT is a firm believer of organic growth and can make any environment happy. He truly believes in team development and works tirelessly to keep everyone motivated towards work. AMIT DIXIT has worked with ACL WIRELESS, SHOTFORMATS DIGITAL PRODUCTIONS (Lead- systems & IT operations), Attero recycling pvt ltd before founding V-Connect.

A hard-core developer by education having deep neck in playing with numbers, exceeding operational excellence, delivered results on the table and carrying an experience of handling more than 100 people in team ANSHUMAN MALVIYA who has worked with Reliance, ACL wireless (Sinch), Karix mobile (Tanla solutions) is performing the duties of a COO at V-Connect.
His skills are unmatchable in the industry and his team handling skills keeps the team highly motivated which keeps the show on giving exceptional services and support to enterprise customers. ANSHUMAN MALVIYA has handled large enterprise accounts, multiple banks, e-commerce, NIC etc. His presence is strong in the market and he values the professional relationship he is carrying

A hard-core networking folk from the industry having 16+ years of experience in IT infra, Networking, Solution designing and Infra management, MANISH KUMAR is one of the core pillars at V-Connect. He is performing the duties of a CTO at V-Connect.
His problem-solving approach and working under strict timelines makes him the best who sees every problem as an opportunity. MANISH has proven expertise in business, customer success, leading Infra solutioning and has a deep neck working on IT Infra technologies on AWS, Microsoft AZURE, CTRLs DATA centers, Ubuntu, Dev ops and many more

CHIRAG RANJAN is heading the enterprise business division as CBO taking care of business, presales team & customer success team at V-Connect with an overall experience of 10+ years handling large enterprises. His way of handling clients round the clock giving exceptional communication to enterprises makes him different in the market. Recently awarded by INDIAN ACHIEVERS AWARD 2022 for Business excellence, admired by Passion vista as Global Admired Indians 2022, Chirag is working 24x7 to take V-Connect to new heights and has onboarded more than 70+ enterprises in only two years of time across India.
Brijmohan Singh Negi

Needless to say, a company can never grow without a unique style of managing finances. Here comes the role of a finance head who has worked passionately for one single firm which got acquired by SINCH (ACL Wireless). BRIJMOHAN SINGH NEGI was a core team member from finance during the transition from ACL wireless to Sinch.
BRIJMOHAN carries experience of more than 15+ years with proven track record of managing the cash flows, finance, accounts and exceptional leadership who manages the finances like anything. He is a one man show who is not only a leader and keeps on teaching his team for more and more strategic approaches to manage and control the P&L and funds. BRIJMOHAN’S die hard attitude towards finance is not only limited to managing finances but have a strong hand in M&A, Investments and vendor management too.
